All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Local to Wisconsin? We offer free local pickup by appointment—select this option at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange the details.

🌎 International Shipping

🐝 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your honey’s journey to your doorstep.

📬 Delays & Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at owner@beebuzzwi.com within 5 days of delivery and include a photo—we’ll make it right.
